At some point you may need to evict a tenant from your property. Here are a few ways that you can serve notice to your tenant.
1/ Use An Eviction Service
There are some Tenant eviction services that are available for a fee, handling any confrontation and legal documentation as part of their service.
2/ Recorded Delivery
If you are going to send a notice in the post always use recorded delivery services as this will give you proof of delivery. Usually you can view the signature used when the notice is delivered.
3/ Standard Postal Delivery
Notices can be served via first or second class post however this method is unadvisable. Unless the tenant gives evidence that the notice has been received there is no documentation to show a receipt of letter.
